*The relationship between ethnicity and writing*
So, I believe Vicki actually showed me this blog first…it’s pretty much poking fun at all of the crazy things that Asian parents will do.
Going to keep this short as it’s a caption, but it’s just interesting to note the Asian stereotype that being a writer isn’t “prestigious” in the eyes of most Asian parents these days. Forget amazing pieces of writing and philosophy like Sun Tzu’s the Art of War…let’s all be doctors, engineers, and “wrawyers.” It’s funny that I’m saying this as I want to be a doctor (as of right now) but why stop someone who likes writing from pursuing a career of writing? Oh, Asian parents <3
